HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36665 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Seshadri, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are eligible for grant of Social Security pension in terms of the scheme notified by the Government from time to time and as a matter of fact, their pensions were released till September 2014, but the same has been stopped abruptly.

It is the pleaded case of the petitioners that their names were deleted from the list of eligible pensioners and as such, they approached respondent No.4 to ventilate their grievance by way of appeals, but he did not receive the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier, Writ Petition No.8748 of 2016, wherein an identical issue as that involved in the present Writ Petition, was disposed of by this Court with the direction to the Mandal Parishad Development Officer-cum-Member Convener to examine the

eligibility of the petitioners for grant of pension and pass necessary orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.

Following the afore-mentioned order, this Writ Petition is also disposed in terms thereof. No costs.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
