At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to move the trial Court again in view of changed circumstances in the case.
