This writ petition is filed challenging the auction for Bommaganti Cheruvu and Kotha Cheruvu, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District.

No document is filed by the petitioner to show that he is in possession of the subject lands as on today except a patta certificate which is also not clear and in the counter affidavit, it is seriously disputed that the petitioner is owner of the subject lands.

In view of disputed questions of fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail common law remedies available under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
