CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15551 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge them on bail in Crime No. 108 of 2016 of Narsipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] [ii] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

3. The admitted case of the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 is that earlier the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 filed Criminal Petition No. 13613 of 2016 and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 28/09/2016. There is no substantial change in the circumstances, and

the present criminal petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
