This application is filed requesting the Court to permit the second respondent to compound the offence and record the compromise entered into by the parties and quash the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in CC.No.123 of 2013 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

The parties, together, with their respective counsel, are present in the Court and on being specifically asked, both the parties confirm the terms of compromise recorded in the joint affidavit filed by the parties appended to this application.

The terms of the compromise show that at the instance of their family elders, well wishers and elders from society, the parties came to an amicable settlement and have agreed for settling the said issue. As per the compromise, the second respondent has no objection to compound the offence and quash the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in CC.No.123 of 2013 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Since, I am satisfied that the aforesaid compromise is executed by the parties out of their free will and they confirm the terms thereof, when being specifically asked, there is no impediment in recording the said compromise.

The application is accordingly allowed.

In view of the above, the criminal petition is allowed and the further proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in CC.No.123 of 2013 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.
