THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36764 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not taking for cancellation of the building permission accorded to the 8th respondent for construction of building allegedly being constructed in violation of the Rules.

02. The petitioner in the affidavit has not stated how his rights are affected. If the petitioner wants to champion public cause, it is open for him to take recourse to appropriate proceedings. The present writ petition is nothing short of public interest petition. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be gone into these proceedings. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
