HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37446 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not mutating the petitioner's name in the panchayat records, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation, dated 19.05.2017. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed representation on 19.05.2017 before 1st respondent-Gram Panchayat for mutation of his name in revenue records relating to his house site to an extent of Ac.0.01 1⁄2 cents in survey No.239/1, situated at Jandamanustreet, Yhshhubstipslli, Bangarupalyam post, Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District, but the same is not disposed of till today. 4.
Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submits that the 1st respondent has received representation of the petitioner, but, directed the petitioner to file necessary documents for consideration of his application. But, the petitioner without filing the same, filed the present writ petition. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed that the petitioner will file necessary documents before the 1st respondent and a direction may be given to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 19.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit necessary documents in support of his application, within a period of two (02) weeks from today. On furnishing the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 19.05.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
