Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made application dated 10-07-2016 for reconstruction of house bearing D.No.3-62(6-23), Payakaraopeta Village and Mandal, West Godavari District. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

When the application of the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass orders.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application dated 10-07-2016 in accordance with rules and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
