Heard Sri Ganta Rama Rao, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of different extents of land in Survey No.109-10, Dodda Devarapadu Village, Veerullapadu Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh including Ac.0.12 cents of land in Survey No.109-10 and his name is included in included in revenue records. Without following due process of law, the respondents are trying to lay road in their land. Heard Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent on instructions submits that the respondents will follow due process of law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to lay the road and interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land without following due process of law.
