HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38496 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners state that they have sent representation in respect of their grievance in the writ petition on 06-11-2017 to the respondent-authorities by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due and as the same was not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj on instructions submits that no such representation is filed before the authorities. Even said representation could reach the respondent-authorities, the present writ petition is filed.

Even without giving breathing time to the respondentauthorities, this writ petition is filed. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-authorities to consider the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
