Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 to 5.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 27.07.2017 in WP No.24995 of 2017.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the proceedings dated 07.07.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioners from the post of Field Assistants working in their respective Gram Panchayats in Santhakaviti Mandal of Srikakulam District is set aside. The 4th respondent is directed to consider the explanations offered by each of the petitioners. Till this exercise is completed, respondents shall not induct any person in the posts held by petitioners. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
