Petitioner claims that he filed O.S.No.9 of 2018 before the Vacation Court, Mahabubnagar, which was renumbered as O.S.No.75 of 2018 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, praying to grant decree of partition and separate possession and declaration that sale deed bearing document No.5357 of 2017, dated 25.10.2017, as illegal and null and void. The very same land was acquired by the Government. Having regard to the litigation, petitioner filed objections dated 13.08.2018 before the Joint Collector, Ulpera Village, Vangur Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, requesting not to disburse compensation with regard to lands admeasuring Ac.1.13 guntas in Survey No.235/A A, Ac.1.09 guntas in Survey No.234/Ru, Ac.0.34 guntas in Survey No.231/E and Ac.0.13 guntas in Survey No.237/u. Alleging inaction on the said objections and the compensation is being released to unofficial respondents, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced a copy of the endorsement, dated 14.11.2018, whereunder petitioner was informed that in view of pendency of O.S.No.75 of 2018, further action for payment of land compensation is stayed till the disposal of the said suit.

In view of the said endorsement, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, this order does not come in the way of availing appropriate remedies as available to respondents 5 to 7, if they are aggrieved by denial of payment of compensation.
