Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 to 5.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 27.07.2017 in WP No.24995 of 2017. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the proceedings in Rc.No.29/2016/E.G.S/H.R, dated 17.06.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioner from the post of Field Assistant working in Challayyavalasa Gram Panchayat in Polaki Mandal of Srikakulam District is set aside. The 4th respondent is directed to consider the explanation offered by the petitioner. Till this exercise is completed, respondents shall not induct any person in the post held by petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
