The petitioner is working as a Field Assistant from the year 2007 in the Gudladona East Gram Panchayat, Kaligiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. While he was working as such, a show cause notice was issued by the second respondent on 23.05.2017 stating that the petitioner has not achieved the targets and was casual in implementing the scheme. He was also kept under suspension on the same day. The petitioner submitted his reply on 05.06.2017 and even after submitting the reply, no orders have been passed and the suspension of the petitioner was not lifted. In those circumstances, the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that no order has been passed so far and the matter is under consideration.

In view of non-passing of the order, the second respondent is directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
