It is stated by both counsel that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 26-04-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.15346 of 2017.

In view of the same, following the same, this writ petition is disposed of and the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for grant of commission agent licence without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57, Agriculture & Cooperation (AM-II) Department, dated 12-10-2015 but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dated 06-04-1994 and communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
