ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was allotted fair price shop dealership authorization for shop No.33, Raghavareddigaripalli village, Ramapuram mandal, YSR Kadapa district. This writ petition is filed alleging that though fair price shop dealership authorization was granted, essential commodities are not released.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that W P No. 11746 of 2018 is filed challenging the selection process of appointment of fair price shop dealership authorisation for three shops in YSR Kadapa district including the subject shop bearing No. 33 in Ramapuram mandal and this Court granted interim order of status quo and said order is in operation, therefore, essential commodities are not released. 3.

Since, status quo order is granted by this Court in W.P. No. 11746 of 2018, it cannot be said that arbitrarily or illegally, respondents are not releasing the stock. It is open to petitioner to implead and contest W P No. 11746 of 2018, if so advised. Granting said liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
