HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 4 0 6 6 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Eturunagaram PS, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, dated 12.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is respectfully submitted that on receipt of communication about the filing of the present Writ Petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records of this respondent Police Station including the Station general Diary as to whether any complaint or case has been received or registered against the petitioner herein.

The records revealed that no case or complaint whatsoever was registered or received against the petitioner on the file of Eturunagaram Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli District.

It is pertinent to submit that it appears that the dispute of the petitioner herein as well as the 6th respondent herein is purely civil in nature and hence this respondent police are no way concerned with it. It is also pertinent to submit that the respondents 4 and 5 at any point of time, never summoned the petitioner nor interfered with her life and liberty or ask her to withdraw the LTR case No.A/ LTR/ 2297/ ENR/ 2017 filed by the petitioner against the 6th respondent herein.

It is pertinent to submit that having bore grudge against the 6th respondent herein and to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of registration of any crime in future, the

petitioner without any cause of action, on mere apprehension filed the present Writ Petition. I humbly submit that this respondent police never summoned the petitioner nor interfered with the subject house or the property nor ask her to withdraw the case filed against the 6th respondent herein."

On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to place the above instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Eturunagaram PS, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, dated 12.11.2018, with a further direction to the police authorities to act, in accordance with law.
