The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in B2/4249/2014, dated 18.05.2016 in the appeal filed by the petitioner U/s 5-B of the A.P. Rights in land and pattadar pass books Act, 1971 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the mandate of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta pass book and title deed issued in favour of the 5th respondent in respect of land admeasuring 321 at Velgatoor village & Mandal of Karimnagar District."

W.P.M.P.No.46741 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner on 19.10.2016 by fixing a time frame. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, issuing notice to the 5th respondent may not be necessary. 4.

The only request made by the leaned counsel for the petitioner is for an early disposal of the revision filed against the

CPK,J WP_35031_2016 Order dated 18.05.2016 passed in File No.B2/4249/2014 passed by the 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection, provided the said revision is filed in accordance with law.

Having regard to submissions made, the Writ Petition as well as the W.P.M.P.No.46741 are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - District Collector, Jagitial, to dispose of the Revision Petition filed against the Order dated 18.05.2016 passed in File No.B2/4249/2014, if the same is numbered, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any interim application is filed in the said revision, the same may be disposed of within a period of two (02) to (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the concerned.
