Though it is the attribution of the respondents/defendants against the revision petitioner/plaintiff that it is the fault of the revision petitioner in not getting ready in I.A.No.556 of 2014, without going into that merits, this Court feels it just in directing the lower Court to give early disposal of I.A.No.556 of 2014. 3.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of, directing the lower Court to dispose of I.A.No.556 of 2014 on or before end of February, 2017.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
