The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed applications dated 26-10-2018 and 27-10-2018 for issuance of on-line pahani and 1-B for the land in sy.No.321/C an extent of Ac.1-28 guntas situated at Moraipally village, Mustabad Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
