THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO C.C.No.2949 OF 2018 JUDGMENT:

This contempt case is filed in non compliance of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed in W.P.No. 22346 of 2007, against which the respondents therein carried the matter in appeal by filing W.A.No. 1568 of 2018, wherein orders were passed on 27.12.2018, modifying the order to the extent of payment of 50% back wages to that of 25% back wages.

In view of the modification orders issued in W.A.No. 1568 of 2018, nothing survives in this contempt case. 3.

Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
