THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.5612 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 15.10.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is granted.
