Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.18.04.2018 to the 2nd respondent seeking permission to rejoin as System Administrator/Network Administrator in IT Wing and the 2nd respondent has not been passed any orders thereon. 2.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.18.04.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
