THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.32388 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in including the petitioner's land in Sy.No.472 of Throvagunta village, Ongole Mandal, in the prohibited list of properties for sale in Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
