THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40718 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Mayur Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents. The grievance of petitioner is that he made a representation on 13.08.2018 to respondents 2 and 3 seeking regularization of his services in existing vacancies as a Sramik/ Mechanic and the respondents 2 and 3 have not disposed of the said representation. Mr.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents, states that respondents 2 and 3 will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018 within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
