2018-12-04A.Rajasheker Reddy2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.40762 OF 2018

O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, in considering the application of the petitioner dated 25.09.2018 filed for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadr pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance of the application of the petitioner, 4th respondent issued notice dated 04.10.2018 for filing necessary documents, but the petitioner filed reply dated 10.10.2018 stating that he is the absolute owner of the property, but has not produced the relevant documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and submitted that he has filed all the necessary documents.

Since the filing of the documents by the petitioner is in dispute, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file relevant documents in support of his claim within two weeks from today and on receipt of such documents, 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 25.09.2918, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other

affected parties, if any, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
