It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders of this Court dated 23.08.2017 in WP Nos.27384 of 2017 & batch and same is not disputed by Sri Ch.Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.

For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 23.08.2017, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.12.2015 for renewal of licence, in accordance and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
