This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.5, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.153 of 2017 on the file of the Vikarabad Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302, 120-B, 212 read with Section 149 of I.P.C. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

Earlier bail application of this petitioner/ accused No.5 was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 11.10.2017, passed in Criminal Petition No.9252 of 2017. This is second anticipatory bail application. There are no change in the circumstances. The contentions now put forth in this Criminal Petition were elaborately dealt by this Court in Criminal Petition No.9252 of 2017. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to allow this application. 4 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
