This Writ Petition is filed with the prayer which reads as under:

".. to issue a writ, order, order direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the Order, dated 19-1-2013 passed by this Hon' ble Court in W.P. No. 27555/2013 and in not processing the application of the petitioner, dated 26-112008 for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.747, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 18-062008 as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Art. 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to forthwith process the application, dated 2611-2008 and issue necessary orders in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced Lr.No.G1/747/18391/2008, dated 02.04.2016, and submitted that respondent No.2 has processed the application of the petitioner and referred the matter to respondent No.1 for his consideration. In view of the same, respondent No.1 is directed to

dispose of the application, dated 26.11.2008, made by petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs. __________________________ A.
