This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in registering the amendment to the memorandum of the association of 'The Landmark Flat Owners Association (Regd.No.1092/2011)' by change of executive committee by incorporating the respondent Nos.3 to 9 herein in the place of the existing body of the petitioner's association, by invoking the provision of section 8 of Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001, communicated through the impugned memo No.3507/G2/2016, dated 25.06.2016, despite the representation of the petitioner's association, dated 10.04.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner has remedy under Section 23 of A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 (for short 'the Act'). Though the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent Nos.3 to 9 are not the members of Society, this aspect can even be agitated under Section 23 of the Act. In view of the same, since petitioner has alternative remedy under Section 23 of the Act, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, No costs.
