It is stated by counsel for petitioners as well as the Special Government Pleader, Government of Andhra Pradesh appearing for respondents 2 & 3, the Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents 1 & 4, and Sri C.Sai Reddy, counsel appearing for respondents 5 & 6 that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed by this Court in WP.No.37131 of 2017 and Batch, dt.22.11.2019. 2.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the same relief as was granted in WP.No.37131 of 2017 and Batch is granted in this writ petition also. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
