In all these writ petitions the prayer is one and the same, the same are being disposed by way of common order. The limited grievance of the petitioners in all these writ petitions is that portion of the structures belonging to the petitioners were acquired. Now the respondent-authorities are trying to demolish the portions, which are acquired. It is the contention of the petitioners that if the portions, which are acquired are marked, petitioners themselves will demolish same and want to protect the un-acquired portions. In view of the same, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioners and make markings regarding their portions, which are acquired enabling the petitioners to remove the said structures on their own by giving reasonable time. In case, the petitioners fail to do so, the respondent-authorities can go ahead with the removal of acquired structures by marking measurements. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
