It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders passed by this Court in WP Nos.38226 of 2017 & batch dated 13.11.2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for 2nd respondent. Following the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 13.11.2017, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioners and make markings regarding their portions, which are acquired enabling the petitioners to remove the said structures on their own by giving one months' time. In case, the petitioners fail to do so, the respondent-authorities can go ahead with the removal of acquired structures by marking measurements. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
