This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in sanctioning, proposing to pay annuity and also proposing to allot reconstituted plot under Land Pooling Scheme in favour of respondent No.4 for taking the land admeasuring Ac.1-30 cents of dry land in Sy.no.266 of Venkatapalem Village, Thullur Mandal, Guntur District under Land Pooling Scheme without considering the legal notice dated 24.04.2015 and overlooking the pendency of suit in O.S.No.154 of 2015, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rule 8 (9) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel for CRDA produced proceedings dated 08.03.2016 wherein it is stated that enquiry was closed in view of pendency of O.S.No.154 of 2015 and requested to file form 9.3 after disposal of suit.
