HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40845 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in stopping the playing of vehicles on the cart track road from Kondlapudi to Chintagunta as notified in the Gazette dated 30.8.1901 as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Forests, would submit that basing on the report of the 3rd respondent-District Forest Officer, Nellore, the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.6.2017, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.6.2017, submitted by the petitioner, taking into consideration the Gazette notification dated 30.8.1901, if he is otherwise entitled, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
