HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2959 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.20552 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that after filing of the contempt case, respondents have complied order passed in W.P. No. 20552 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018 and no cause survives in the contempt case.

Sri Durga Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, the property tax payable by the petitioner has revised and accordingly fresh proceedings have been issued.

In view of the said submissions, there is no willful deliberate contempt on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed. __________________________ C.V. BHASKAR REDDY, J February 20, 2023 LPD
