This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not referring the applications of the petitioners dated 02.06.2017 under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act of 2013'). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced written instructions under Ref.No.B/47/2017, dated 29.10.2017 of the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) stating that the petitioner and 15 others have filed application under Section 64 of the Act of 2013, proposals have been sent to the Special Collector, LA, G.N.S.S., Kadapa for approval and that after approval, the same would be sent to the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, R & B Authority, Tirupati.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action for referring the matter under Section 64 of the Act of 2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
