This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.4 to A.18 and A.20 to A.24 in CC No.25 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.4 to A.18 and A.20 to A.24, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the presence of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the trial court.

Permission granted.

The criminal petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioners/ A.4 to A.18 and A.20 to A.24 before the I Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, is dispensed with. However, they shall appear before the trial court i.e., I Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, as and when their presence so required.
