Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Since the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under Section 11 of the AP Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 to question the survey conducted by 3rd respondent, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
