This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not considering the objections filed by the petitioner dated 21.03.2017 and unilaterally taking steps to pass Award and pay compensation under the Act 30 of 2013 to the respondents 5 to 7 in respect of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.7-15 gts., in Survey No.329 and Ac.6-00 gts., in Survey No.330/6/A situated in Seetaramanagaram village, Kukunoor Mandal, West Godavari District. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition would submit that the objections made by the petitioner are pending and the same will be considered by the authorities.

In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider the objections made by the petitioner in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.7-15 gts., in Survey No.329 and Ac.6-00 gts., in Survey No.330/6/A of Seetaramanagaram village, Kukunoor Mandal, West Godavari District, before releasing compensation to the respondents 5 to 7. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
