THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.82 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed to withdraw C.C.No.1 of 2015 from the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur and transfer the same to any other Court.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The petitioners apprehend arrest by the police concerned in view of the issuance of N.B.Ws. against them by the Court below. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that there are no grounds to transfer the case as prayed for by the petitioners and this Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

The petitioners are directed to approach the Court concerned on or before 13.4.2016 and file a petition to recall the warrants issued against them and on such petition being filed, the Court concerned is directed to recall the warrants on the same day on their execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with one surety for a like sum each and further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court regularly.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
