Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of its grievance, it submitted a representation on 15.10.2018 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.
Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 15.10.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
