HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 36141 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that though this Court has remitted the matter back to the 3rd respondent in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.1908 of 2014 & batch dated 20.07.2015 and that the proposals were sent to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said proposals. The petitioners have also made representation dated 28.09.2016. Aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing orders on the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent, present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt. A.Jayanthi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the proposals sent by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
