This Contempt Case is filed for not complying with the orders of this Court dated 29.07.2016 in W.P.No.23879 of 2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the order of this Court has been complied with and the respondent has also filed an affidavit explaining the delay and also tendering unconditional apology for causing such delay in complying the orders of this Court.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stands closed.
