The petitioner filed the writ petition with the following prayer: "....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents 2 to 6 in preparing a list of beneficiaries with ineligible persons, the Respondents 7 to ll herein, for granting loans under Self Employment Scheme for Tuggali Mandal, Kurnool District by deviating from guidelines issued under Go.Ms.No.101 dt.31-12-2013, GO.RT.No.42 and GO.RT.No.43 dt.30-04-2015 as illegal, void, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 6 to prepare the list of beneficiaries with eligible persons for sanctioning loans under Self Employment Scheme for Tuggali Mandal. Kurnool District by strictly adhering to guidelines issued under Go.Ms.No.101 dt.31-12-2013, GO.RT,No.42 and GO.RT.no.43 dt,30-04- 2015 and pass...."
Counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to bring all the grievances to the notice of the District Collector-cumChairman, District Monitoring Committee, Kurnool, Kurnool District/ 3rd respondent. The liberty as prayed for is granted. This Court is of the view that if the eligibility criteria of selected candidates is questioned and the details as to ineligibility are brought to the notice of 3rd respondent, this Court has no reason to doubt that the 3rd respondent will examine and take steps as are warranted. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty stated above. There shall be no order as to costs.
