THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35333 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner aggrieved by inaction in completing enquiry initiated through Memo in Roc.No.T/15/2010 dated 18.01.2010 has filed the instant writ petition.
The complaint of petitioner is that the petitioner has produced the documentary evidence in support of social status claimed by petitioner and the 3rd respondent who is the authority is not deciding the issue and inaction is causing irreparable loss and injury to petitioner and his property. Hence, the writ petition.
The prayer is against inaction. Therefore, keeping in view the written instructions dated 26.10.2017, I am satisfied, to meet the ends of justice, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the Memo and a copy of this order to respondent No.3 within four (04) weeks from today. The 3rd respondent is directed to enquire into Memo following the principles of natural justice and communicate a decision he takes within eight (08) weeks, thereafter. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
