HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34413 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the owner of land admeasuring Ac.0.31⁄2 cents in Sy.No.67/8 situated at Addateegala Village, East Godavari District. Now, it is her complaint that, respondent Nos.2 and 3, Tahsildar, Addateegala Mandal and Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare) respectively, are trying to dispossess her from the subject land without following the procedure established by law. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh).

Without delving deep into the matter, since it is the complaint of the petitioner that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are attempting to dispossess her from the subject land without following the procedure prescribed by law, it would suffice if respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the procedure prescribed by law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
