THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.20647 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby to produce "SADHANA PANDEY", D/o Harish Chandra Pandey, before this Court forthwith and set her at liberty.

The petitioner has suspected that the respondent No.4 is having illegal custody of his daughter i.e., the missing girl. The missing report was submitted on 09.02.2013 at about 9.00 hours whereby stated that he came to know from the office staff that his daughter is not coming to the office since 25.09.2012. After issuing notice to the respondents No. 1 to 3 by this Court, they have made all efforts and examined various persons including respondent No.4 as stated in the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.3. However, there is no clue received on the whereabouts of the missing girl. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the efforts made by them are in vain. However, if at any point of time, the respondent No.3 receives any information of the missing girl, the same shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner.

Keeping in view the stand taken by the respondents No.1 to 3 that they will continue to make efforts to trace out the missing girl, we hereby close the petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner if he finds any clue about the missing girl and that she has been illegally detained by someone, he may move an application and get revived the petition for the relief sought for in the present petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
