This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioner/accused No.8, in Sessions Case No.256 of 2018 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Cases under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (c) read with 8 (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.8, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused No.8 was dismissed by this Court on 09.08.2018 in Crl.P.No.7792 of 2018. It is brought to the notice of this Court that three witnesses were examined by the trial Court. There are no changed circumstances. There is nothing to take a different view. 4.
