The Convention Of Baptist Churches Of The Northern Circars v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34938 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr J.Satya Prasad, counsel for petitioner. The petitioner challenges the proceedings in R.C.No.18/PS-1/2002, dated 09.10.2017 of 2nd respondent primarily on the ground of lack of jurisdiction under Section 24 of A.P.Education Act, 1982.
I have perused the proceedings dated 09.10.2017. The proceedings impugned in the writ petition are issued pursuant to and in terms of the order dated 20.07.2017 in W.P.No.23968 of 2017. This Court quashed the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.03.2017 filed by 4th respondent herein and pass appropriate orders. There is no reason to appreciate the objections now raised by petitioner, for the petitioner, if raises objections available under fact and law, the 2nd respondent considers those objections and would be passing the appropriate orders as directed by this Court. The petitioner is given liberty to file additional explanation within two (02) weeks from today and it is for the 2nd respondent to consider all objections and comply with the direction issued by this order in W.P.No.23968 of 2017. The parties, if are aggrieved, can certainly work out remedies after receiving the final orders.
Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
